Replacement and returns of defective products

If your product develops a fault look for any visible signs of the breakdown and consult the troubleshooting guide in the manufacturer`s handbook. Your despatch note provides this information and acts as your guarantee, so please make sure that you keep it throughout your guarantee period. If the problem cannot be solved, please contact  us. We  provide you with a dedicated replacement/returns department and a personal contact to take care of any problems you may experience.

If something goes wrong with your order or product from it send an email to stating:

  • Reason for replacement/return:

You will soon receive an RMA number via email, and we'll contact you to arrange the best way to return of the goods. Once we receive your items back we will then send your replacement product. If you do need any more help either give us a call or contact our Customer Service team.
